Natasha holds a combination of Hatha, Yin and SATYA (Sensory Awareness Training Yoga Attunement ) Yoga classes based in Rickmansworth, Abbots Langley and Gerrards Cross. Learn the disciplines and skills of Yoga, meditation, mindfulness and Yoga Nidra ( deep rest ) to help you deal with stress and anxiety. Relax, calm your mind in a friendly welcoming class.
